📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 days after purchase. Each order is carefully packed and prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

🔄 Monthly Subscription Deliveries

When you select a monthly subscription plan, you authorize Health Peak to automatically charge your selected payment method and create a new order each month at the subscription price and delivery frequency shown during checkout.

Every active subscription delivery includes free tracked shipping.

  • Recurring orders are processed within the same 1–3 day processing window as regular orders.
  • The delivery estimates listed above apply to each monthly shipment.
  • A new tracking number will be emailed to you whenever a subscription order ships.
  • You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime before your next scheduled renewal using your subscription management link or by contacting our support team.
  • Please update your shipping address before your next renewal is processed to ensure your package is sent to the correct location.

Important: Once a recurring order has been processed, we may be unable to stop that shipment. Pauses, cancellations, and address changes completed afterward will apply to future renewals.

The complimentary Health Peak Respiratory Protocol eBook included with eligible subscription offers is delivered electronically and will not arrive as a physical item inside your package.

All orders include tracked delivery. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

No Hidden Fees

We aim to keep everything simple and transparent. Any applicable one-time purchase price, subscription renewal price, and shipping charge will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Subscription renewals are charged automatically according to the monthly schedule accepted during checkout. No additional hidden handling or surprise shipping fees will be added to your subscription deliveries.

Shipping Protection

Your order is protected during transit. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, our team will make it right as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can assist before your order is shipped.

Subscription customers should update their address before the next scheduled renewal to ensure future deliveries are sent to the correct location.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping fees may apply.
