Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
Certain Health Peak products may be offered through an optional subscription or recurring-order program. By selecting a subscription option and completing checkout, you authorize Health Peak and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the price and frequency disclosed during enrollment, plus applicable taxes and charges.
Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until it is canceled. The timing and amount of each recurring charge may change if you modify your subscription, change quantities, select different products, receive an applicable discount, or if pricing changes after any legally required notice.
You may manage, pause, skip, modify, or cancel an eligible subscription using the subscription-management options made available to you or by contacting customer support. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next order is processed to prevent that recurring charge.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or shipped. Processed orders remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment, billing, shipping, and contact information. If a recurring payment is unsuccessful, we or our service providers may retry the payment and contact you regarding the account.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, address issues, inventory availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply when an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Risk of loss and ownership of purchased items transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our published Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility requirements, applicable time limits, exclusions, and instructions for requesting assistance.
Refunds, when approved, are generally issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before a refund appears in an account.
Mobile Messaging Program Terms
Health Peak offers an optional recurring mobile messaging program that may include promotional, marketing, abandoned-cart, checkout-reminder, product, subscription, customer-care, and transactional text messages.
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to the Health Peak mobile messaging program, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from or on behalf of Health Peak at the telephone number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Health Peak.
Message frequency varies. The number and timing of messages you receive may depend on your interactions with Health Peak, your purchases, your subscriptions, the programs you join, and your communication preferences.
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other charges may apply to messages sent or received through the program. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your mobile plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel your participation in the Health Peak mobile messaging program at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us. You may receive one final confirmation message indicating that your opt-out request has been processed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from that particular Health Peak messaging number unless you opt in again.
Where supported, other recognized opt-out requests such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE may also be honored.
If you later enroll in another Health Peak mobile program or opt in again, your new enrollment may be treated as renewed consent to receive messages.
How to Get Help
For assistance with the mobile messaging program, reply HELP to a Health Peak text message or contact our customer support team through the contact options available on our website.
Supported Carriers and Delivery
Mobile messaging services may not be available through every wireless carrier or on every device. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider and is outside Health Peak’s complete control. We are not liable for messages that are delayed, not received, misdirected, or otherwise affected by carrier or network conditions.
Mobile Number Changes
You agree to provide Health Peak with a valid mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. If you change, deactivate, transfer, or relinquish your mobile number, you agree to opt out of the Health Peak mobile messaging program before doing so.
You are responsible for charges, claims, or liabilities arising from your failure to notify us that you no longer own or control a mobile number enrolled in the program.
Privacy and Mobile Information
Your participation in the mobile messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may collect and use information related to the mobile messaging program, including your telephone number, consent records, message interactions, device information, shopping activity, and communication preferences, for purposes such as delivering messages, providing customer support, maintaining consent records, preventing fraud, and improving our services.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the mobile messaging program, including messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, technology providers, and customer-service providers, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Modification or Termination of the Mobile Program
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Health Peak mobile messaging program at any time. We may also change the telephone number or short code used to operate the program.
If the sending number changes, messages sent to a former number may not be received. Health Peak and its service providers are not responsible for opt-out or help requests sent to a number that is no longer active for the program.
Mobile Messaging Disputes
Any dispute relating to the Health Peak mobile messaging program will be governed by these Terms of Service and any dispute-resolution provisions contained herein, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Email Communications
When you subscribe to Health Peak emails, create an account, place an order, or otherwise provide your email address, you may receive transactional communications related to your orders, account, subscriptions, customer-service requests, and other activity.
Where you have provided the required consent, you may also receive promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or customer-service communications.
Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Health Peak website—including text, images, product photography, videos, logos, trademarks, graphics, icons, educational materials, website design, and downloadable content—is owned by or licensed to Health Peak and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
